Very nice work! A couple suggestions since you asked for advanced critique: use subtle shading to indicate the roundness of your right eyeball (i.e., the one on the viewer's left) as you did with the other. Also, keep the darkest shading of your left eye's iris towards the center. I realize the eye detail is cast in shadow, but the large black disc makes it look a bit too flat. The lower eyelashes appear more defined than the upper, which is unusual.
